Order Processing and Shipping Information

**Order Processing Time:** Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.
Shipping Time:

- **U.S Orders:** 
Shipped via USPS & FedEx with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.

 **International Orders:** 
Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days depending on the fulfillment center.

**Shipping Delays:** 
Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen delays may occur.

**Tracking Information:**
 We provide tracking for every order. You will receive tracking details once your product has been shipped. For assistance with tracking your order, visit our website's track your order page.

**Order Cancellations:** 
Orders can be cancelled penalty-free within 24 hours of creation. To cancel, please email us at cove.collective.ca@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

**Incorrect Address:** 
If you've entered an incorrect address, notify us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

**Delivery Attempts:**
 Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.

**Damaged Items:** 
In the event of damaged items, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We'll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

If you have any unanswered questions, please reach out to us. We strive to respond within 24-48 hours to assist you.
